Your information, clearly explained.

Philter Health uses this site to explore interest in product concepts. You do not need to disclose diagnoses, symptoms, medications, or other health information.

Interest registration

When signup is available, we store your email, selected product, proposed price and pack size, consent date, confirmation status, and campaign source. We use this to confirm your request, understand product demand, and email you about the selected product and its launch. Interest is non-binding and no payment is collected.

Ideas and box preferences

If you share a product idea or monthly-box preference, we store your text, selected products, submission time, and campaign source. No email is required for this form. In an offline review, these entries stay on your device unless you export and share them.

Confirmation and control

Your signup is completed when you submit the website form with product-email consent. The welcome email does not require another confirmation click. Where your email app supports it, use its unsubscribe option to withdraw product-email consent; you can also reply to a Philter email. Older confirmation and unsubscribe links remain usable. Reply to a Philter email to request deletion or ask a privacy question.

Optional measurement

With your permission, we store anonymous session identifiers, page views, product clicks, campaign source, and timestamps. We do not collect health answers, raw IP addresses in the application database, or full referring URLs. Local storage remembers your measurement preference; session storage identifies your current measured visit. You can change your choice using Measurement preferences. Declining does not block signup.

Service providers

The site is hosted through Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. Cloudflare D1 stores interest and event records. When connected, Resend delivers signup email. Hosting and email services may process technical information needed to deliver and secure their services.

Retention

We aim to delete unconfirmed or failed requests after 30 days, and confirmed interest records within 12 months unless you renew consent. Optional measurement is retained up to 90 days. Short-lived hashed rate-limit keys protect forms and are cleared after expiry. Older email-confirmation links expire after 48 hours.

We do not sell interest-list information. Product interests are not interpreted as proof of a medical diagnosis.
